Tina's Field Visit

Tina Kampor had the opportunity to make a field visit to Dapaong in February 2017. During her visit, she met with the local board members as well as local school directors and teachers. She held a meeting with the current Peace Sisters students and they discussed expectations for the remainder of the school year and plans for next year. Tina learned that many of the girls who do not have electricity in their homes also do not have access to light to study in the evenings. Plans are therefore underway to provide solar-powered lamps to those who can most benefit from this form of assistance.
